How many existential crisis's do you have a day?

Why am I alive? Where am I going? What's the point in everything? Why am I me? WHY AM I ME WHY CAN'T I GET OUT OF THIS BODY!?

For me it's at least 3.

So am I the only one who over thinks every part of being alive until it drives me insane?

:derp:

I have them everyday now, it's depressing and miserable sometimes.

6 per day... i overthink everything

One every hour

"Why am I me?" <- this, I get this all the time

not on a daily basis though

One that lasts all day

It's a form of anxiety. Depending on how severe, it could be an actual anxiety disorder. Derealization and dissassociation.  For me, I just remember I'm a soul, not a body. (Because that's really what we all are).

I pretty much think about my purpose in this world, why am i here??

i haven't told that to my psychiatrist...

Well, find your passion. Find something (or many things), that you want to do with your life. Try everything (nothing dumb or dangerous). You shape your own destiny. So you should really ask yourself what your purpose is in life. I mean, it sounds like something from a self help book, but it's real.
