I've watched this video below and i am wondering what your thoughts are on it (if you of course have some time to watch it :) )

obviously the doctors will be against, it is just hmm for the lack of a proper word not beneficial to them (since medicine and doctors pretty much is like a business) so they have to make sure they suck out all the moneyz out of you before they diagnose something or if anything at all, i dont think they would be happy with a machine that can potentially help people with finding the "dis ease" earlier (since it means people will spend less money on going to doctors etc) but no way this thing will just jeopardize their initial method (which nowadays i noticed is inflate rated with corporate and materialistic mind :( many of the doctors i mean)

So yea what do you think of this (video)? of consciousness? positive thinking and negative thinking? does it affect the way your body feels if its in either state ((+)ve or (-)ve)?

I thought it was a very interesting video the facts were clearly stated and it asked a  lot of questions that allowed the viewers to question themselves. As for the positive and negative thinking im more inclined to believe that while it may help its still debatable as to whether it can be cure for all things   I enjoyed viewing it though :)

:) i am glad that science is starting or has started for while to touch upon consciousness as potential variable in their experiments and that it isnt as disproved/disregarded as it used to. well i am not sure whether the positive thinking can cure all things but i can say from experience that continuously being on the negative thoughts wavelength does really degrade (sort of speak) the body and the mind (not only does it make it tired but it even creates pain in some areas around the body)

The controversy can be, in part, of the fact that this is a type of treatment that does not benefit the pharmaceutical industry. I think it's quite interesting, but they need a strong backing to go anywhere. Thanks for the video.

:) unfortunately i agree on that especially if they want to convince other people or if they want to get more people on their boat. but i am glad there's a start to this though and hopefully this will expand in which they can acquire and publish more of their knowledge to the public (of course with evidence and stuff, though science does not always have all the answers even with the known things either)  thank you for your input :)

I agree that negative thoughts does seem to bring down a person emotionally and as for science im not surprised that plenty of people are trying to find various alternatives to issues they are invested with. I think its a pleasant thought because science would be at a stand still without the new discoveries imo

Anytime!

By backing I think that it's not only copious amounts of evidence that's necessary, but also (unfortunately) a market value for investment. I agree that it's a great thing to see movements in alternative health, but I hope it can go somewhere, if not now, in the future.
