(Ignoring Colonization) Because Japanese people do not need English at all to function, where as most of these countries are fairly english integrated, they are ranked quite low. Honestly, i respect Japan for not giving too much fuck about english.. why the heck do we need to uphold someone's else language? Who set this rule? And again, who made it? Nothing, no one! People simply do what they are told to do. A victor must speak not of the current state of the world, but how it should rightfully be! I wish the other coutries open their mind as well to stop this westernization or whatever its called. The west are trying to invade us through many means..
