On September 19, shortly after Hara released a personal statement in light of attending her police questioning, SBS funE released new CCTV footage of Hara and ex-boyfriend 'A', who were captured on the elevator in Hara's former residence directly after their altercation and call for police. Previously, CCTV footage of the police entering the same elevator and heading toward Hara's residence surfaced via media outlets.

It's reported that the new CCTV footage in the elevator took place on September 13, after police pulled out from Hara's residence. Hara can be seen boarding the elevator and checking her neck for scars in the elevator mirror, while holding the elevator door. Two males suspected to be 'A' and an acquaintance of 'A' then board the elevator carrying luggage. 'A' then checks his own scars with his back turned to Hara, and is also seen smoking inside the elevator.

The individuals then appear in a parking deck, converse briefly, and 'A' and his acquaintance leave the scene. Watch the footage above.

Seems its true that they do live together since he's carrying his clothes and stuff out.

When you have lover its deemed his/her things are going to be in your apartment even though you aren't actually living together. Move out is much harder when you actually live somewhere. If they lived together, he would carry out much, much more things tbh.

not taking sides, since i don't think we even know the real story, they both seem to have lied some parts of what happened tbh...

Seems like there are misdirections and half truths from the both of them. I hope the police report is out soon.

I think they both have exaggerated their stories. Where is this roommate of Hara?? If they were getting violent, why didn't the roommate tried to stop them?

Looks like he lived with her, so how could he break in, like she claimed previously? Also she said it doesn't matter who attacked first yesterday, so guess he didn't kick her when she was asleep, like she claimed previously.

Hara lied. #MeToo died.

Staying over at your lovers house =/= living there. Hara owns the property, it is her place. I’ve also never seen Hara claim he broke in, just that he entered her house in the middle of the night without her knowing while she slept, and kicked her awake, which is a statement corroborated by her roommate.

Hara has also said from the beginning that the violence was mutual. But while Hara has bruises all over her body, internal bleeding and things broken all over her home, this man has a few superficial scratches.

I don’t see why you are trying to bring #metoo into this either. Even if Hara lied or exaggerated, that has asbolutey nothing to do with that movement.

So, can someone not break into a house in which they live. If I let my keys inside and smashed a window to get in to my own house that’s breaking in, and when a person has locked you out for their own safety that still applies.

Maybe she did try. Maybe she didn’t want to intervene. She is likely to be smaller than him and also in shock. There was probably little she could do and I doubt Hara would be asking her to do that. This isn’t a Kung fu movie.

Well right.. This isn't a kung fu movie, this is reality. If this happens to my friend, I would try to stop it. Who cares if I get hurt in the process?? The man was fucking beating her up!! Wouldn't you do the same if your friend was getting beat up too??

If a man is the possible victim, the most you'll allow is the "both of them are in fault", even if the girl's version is starting to crumble... ok.

Let me point a fews things for you:

- We don't know how many injuries he had and how serious are they. He didn't post a injuries report, only she did it. We only get a glimpse because he gave an interview and the scars of his face were so visible that the reporter took a few photos. That's all we know about his injuries.

- She already ommited crucial information, like they were living together and that he had come to pick his things up with a friend. That absolutely not the same of "he came in a rage all of a sudden, enter my house and wake me up with violence". At least, the two first statement are crumbling right now, so the logical thing to do is to put the third in a "maybe happened".

- Bruising is not the same for diferent persons, a more bony, thin person can bruise more easily. Many battered persons barely have any visible bruises afterwards, and that not mean they didn't suffer or their injuries are less important that a really purple easy visible bruise.

- Another thing is, that she had uterine bleeding with not bruising in stomach or back (not stated in the medical report or showed in photos). And the gynecologist is just recomending rest, so it's seems that the bleeding can be related to stress. I'm not saying that it's not important, it's showing a high level of stress, but don't the "vaginal bleeding" blind you, she wasn't raped (the gynecologist doesn't report as it) or punched to bleed (not bruises or injuries related).

And in a more subjetive and personal opinion level:

I already noticed that her knee injurie is really really strange for a defensive one. If you look at it is a very clear circle with a very regular impact intensity in the sorrounding area and with clearly more impact below knee level. I can't emphasize enough how dificult is to be the victim of a impact and have that kind of bruise. For starters you have to be hit by a flat surface, if  you are hit by a hand/leg or foot the injurie would more lineal following the shape of the hitting limb, and not bruise in such a regular circle way. Also to be hit in the below knee area with a flat surface you have to raise your knee really high. I was trying to think on a way that could have happened and it's just really really dificult, but keep in mind that I'm not saying that is imposible.
How can you easily have a bruise like that? kneeding. If you knee something or someone, you raise your knee with high force and impact precisely with it (because it's you directing your own limb) in a way that it could give you a perfect rounded bruise.
