So Asians were coming to Europe and America after the 2nd WW and the generations are changing so I love the fact that you have Asian teenagers which mother languages are English, French or German

My favorite YouTuber is Vietnamese and she speaks German in her videos because it's her mother language

Crazy Rich Asians is also talking about it and it's my movie of the year!

My good friend is Indoesnian and he was born here

Idk why but it just feels so nice to see that, I hope I am not the only one who thinks that 😂

I get sad because they don't get to experience the Asian fun that much while living in the west

Wdym by "Asian fun" you can live anywhere in the world and still enjoy your own culture anywhere

To be fair the amount of westernized Asians that are in places like Southern California rarely experience authentic Asian culture due to having so many 3rd/4th/5th gen Asians instead of 2nd/1st gen like in the East Coast of the US. They often get/are white-washed due to American pressure of being a "melting pot". Not that those who appreciate Asian culture can't exist outside of Asia (or in places like SoCal), but I can see where that person is coming from.

That's literally how migration works. You will never experience your own culture if you live outside of your country. Isn't it the same with like whites or others living in Asia?

Not at all. There are tons of close knit communities in NYC that some people tend to stay in their own bubble and never really integrate with "American" ideologies. Itaewon is a good example for foreigners living in Korea who don't ever speak a lick of Korean and will also live in their own bubble.
