They announced it first for the sake of pre-order bc this is NCT 127's first full length album. If you look at the schedule EXO can comeback by last week of September. Also the EXO Coming Back emojis on Twitter are expiring on Sept 30th. This is why we should wait for details and not jump to conclusions. We deserve a grand comeback which means individual teaser videos dropping 2 weeks before the comeback ana 4 weeks pre order like other SM groups got. It's not like the member's of exo aren't doing things, they're all busy with their own schedules. They shot a m/v, obviously there is going to be a comeback. I mean Red Velvet filmed their Power Up MV July 19 and had comeback 2 weeks 4 days after on August 6th. The first teasers were released on Sunday July 29th 8 days before the album and MV was released. EXO filmed their MV in September 12th 2 weeks 4 days after that is September 30th so maybe they are really gonna comeback then or maybe day after on Monday October 1st.
