Sweet 19 Blues is both the name of a single and Namie's first solo debut album. It was used as the theme song to "That's Cunning! ~Shijousaidai no Sakusen~", which starred Namie herself. The lyrics were written by Tetsuya Komuro after sitting down with Namie and discussing her feelings about being 19-year old girl. The song was released as a single before the album, selling about half a million copies. The album itself would go on to be the highest selling album for a female artist in Japanese music history (selling 4 million+ copies) until Utada Hikaru's debut album First Love broke that record.

They actually aired most of the PV on the news, but the talk in the middle of it. :/ I'll upload the full HD one to Jpopsuki as soon as I can get my hands on it.
