Oh My Girl "Remember Me" Korean septet Oh My Girl released their latest single “Remember Me†earlier this week. A quirky take on dreamy electro-pop, the song is the group’s first new song as a full septet since January.

Like all of Oh My Girl’s singles, “Remember Me," released on Sept. 10, is a testament to the group’s distinctly eccentric approach to K-pop, this time with its blend of a fierce electro beat and chanting raps with a building synth chorus overlaid with dreamy, melodious vocals. It’s a shift towards the charismatic â€œgirl crush†trend that’s become popularized in South Korea’s music scene over the past few years, but keeps Oh My Girl’s sweeter vibe toward sleekly produced pop.

The music video for "Remember Me" begins with the group performing their captivating choreography on a game show set as the members are decked out in alternately bright, retro-inspired and darker, more modern, spangled looks. Throughout the clip, they dream about vacations, going to the moon and date nights while singing about the memories of a "premature love story†that they hope will be fondly remembered.

The single leads the group’s seventh EP, also named Remember Me, which features four more vibrantly sweet songs. Rapper Mimi had a role in writing lyrics for three tracks, including "Remember Me."

The group's last album, January's Secret Garden, became their first to debut on World Albums, where it peaked at No. 12 on the chart dated Jan. 20. Since then, Oh My Girl released their Banana Allergy Monkey EP in April, which featured songs from different units under the subunit name Oh My Girl Banhana.
