How does any of this make any sense? At this point the damage is done to everyone involved already plus why would hyuna and edawn want to continue with cube after being shown how disposable the company apparently sees them as?

I hope they're out, for pentagons sake. Most important time to build a fandom and already facing this kind of scandal, even though us international fans don't care they're banging, sadly we're the minority. The Majority of fans do care, It goes against their fantasies of being together with their oppas.

And people hating on the company as if your faves companies wouldn't do the same. if they were kicked in the knee with dating, even though they most likely had dating ban contract, especially for the rookie. Then they get spat on with the duo revealing it, which obviously has negative impact to both parties involved (pentagon is the only important one here)
