"The times which we have spent with the people who have warmly supported us are irreplaceable treasures. For the rest of our lives, we will never forget the brilliant smiles on your faces which we have seen during our concerts and stage performances." Tackey & Tsubasa are a unit under J&A that debuted in 2002 .For the past few years Tackey and Tsubasa had difficulties preforming together due to Tsubasa's inner ear problems which made it difficult for him to preform on stage. In 2017 just a little before their 15th anniversary they announced that they would go on a hiatus. Tackey wil retire from showbiz at the end of the year to focus on producing stages, concerts, developing young talents in J&A and other behind the scenes work. Tsubasa will leave J&A to focus on his recovery without the burden of work, he hopes to resume activity once his physical condition has improved. But with Tsubasa's ongoing health issue, this seemed like a possibility . I wish both of them luck though on their new paths. Even though his work has been cut a lot he was still was working so i hope i really hope Tsubasa gets the rest he needs and to his condition to improve.
