Girl’s Day’s Yura And Lovelyz’s Mijoo Share Their Reactions To Becoming Known As Lookalikes

On the latest episode of JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything,†Girl’s Day’s Yura and Lovelyz’s Mijoo talked about their famous resemblance!

Both idols appeared as guests on the September 8 episode of the variety show, where Super Junior’s Kim Heechul mentioned that the two singers looked somewhat similar. 

Mijoo immediately responded, “I hear that all the time, and I was really happy about it. I had never actually seen Yura in real life before [today].†Yura then offered Mijoo her hand with a friendly smile, and Mijoo took it while exclaiming, “It’s my twin!â€

Min Kyung Hoon teasingly interrupted, “This is all fake! They’re being insincere,†as Seo Jang Hoon jokingly added, “On the inside, one of them’s probably really unhappy about it.â€

Both Yura and Mijoo rushed to deny the cast’s accusations, with Yura commenting, “But don’t you feel happy when you hear that you look like [a celebrity]?†Mijoo chimed in, “No, I was really happy to hear that I resembled [Yura].â€

Yura then made Mijoo blush by remarking, “I was happy because [Mijoo] is pretty!â€

The Girl’s Day member went on to mention that there were several celebrities that people said she resembled.

“Mijoo was one of them,†said Yura, and Mijoo cut in, “Isn’t Go Ara also one of [your known lookalikes]?†Yura exclaimed in surprise, “How did you know?†Mijoo replied with a laugh, “People also tell me that I look like Go Ara.â€

Yura continued, “These days, a lot of people have been saying that I look like Jo Bo Ah.†Both the cast members and the other guests agreed, marveling at her resemblance to the actress.
