why is it when people say a group will flop it’s turns out to be successful?

What's sad is how it feels like people want izone to flop. Like how sad do you have to be to want a group of sweet girls with dreams to fail?

I get people are mad that some trainees didn't make the top 12, but that isn't really an excuse to be rude.

This to be honest. Not only with izone but every other group as well. I don't get why you would wish for people who spend their life training, giving up on their normal life to fulfill their dreams, to fail. Like who hurt you so much that you wish so much pain and sorrow on other people. Will never understand that.

At this point people use the word "flop"so much that I've begun to think its the K-pop version of "Break a leg".

To example, in theater before a performance happens people say "break a leg" instead of "good luck" because of superstitions that have become a tradition. Apparently, stating "good luck" will give one bad luck in theater.

So in the K-pop industry I'm seeing "flop" as a way to bring success vibes to groups.
