do you listen to songs that are in your native language - that is, if you're not a native english speaker.

(or just non english songs excluding kpop/jpop/cpop of course)

i normally laugh and joke about music from my own country but recently i've been enjoying what's released in that language and i've added a lot to my playlists recently. what about you?

At this point English is my primary language, but I do listen to some music in Spanish here and there. Unfortunately I've never been super down with reggeatton which is arguably the most prominent music in Spanish, always felt it's had potential to be interesting but suffers from a lack of diversity in sounds or is just derivative of American trap. Don't get me started on salsa, or bachata, or tropical music of the sort, that stuff is almost unredemable.

I'm pretty much living under a rock when it comes to non-kpop music so no...

There is that 1 singer I often listen to but that's it. He isn't even alive...

Not really, i only do it if the song becomes insanely popular to the point where you can't avod it or i think it's a really great song. I don't know, the music just ins't my style usually and i just think my native language sounds extremely corny lmao. I'm from Sweden.
