I think it's the best option. Imagine 12 people living in the same dorm, some people would end up having to wake up hours earlier just to get ready, it's impractical. Imagine doing laundry for 12 people, cooking for 12 people? Sounds like a mess. Smaller groups work better for living and I doubt the 2 spaces are that far apart from each other to make it hard for everyone to see each other and get together.

yeah imagine living with 11 other people you met a couple months ago, that would be so stressful

we have to remember that they're also trying to build a japanese fandom and this kind of unique sound is in a way what several AKB units have been going for for years, they need to set themselves apart from other groups as well and make sure they won't just be the flavor of the week with another generic upbeat girlcrush song, that's just my two cents though I'm loving this concept and their songs all sound well produced and I'm glad they didn't start their run with a low hanging fruit song with a cheesy hook

yeah I agree but, "bad"? It's a really well produced song, vocals are clear and stable, mixing is on point, instrumental is intricate enough for a pop song... maybe it's just me but I think some people are just a bit salty
