They're a relatively new band, so there's not a ton of info. on them out there. I'm trying to fix that. They remind me of a Japanese-flavored Talking Heads or U2-era band - very 80s in some ways, though using more modern sounds to create that atmosphere. There aren't a ton of acts aiming for that sound in Japan, and are even fewer that have pretty good English lyrics, so Newspeak stand out. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
