I remember hearing things like that though so you may be right. TVXQ didn't have a tour. They only had like one single. SHINEE wasn't too big in Japan yet. The only issue is that Super Junior tour numbers were 2x Girls' Generations in 2011. And they sold equal amount of physicals or close to Girls' Generation in 2011. So eh, Idk.
