SUPER_DUPER 238 Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 Marriage - you and your partner are legally bond and religiously one with God Cohabiting - you and your partner want the full benefits of being a married couple such as calling each other hubby and wifey, wearing wedding rings, and having children, but do NOT feel the need to officially get married after being together for 7 - 10+ years Long Term Relationship - someone you are in a relationship with for 4 - 6 years Short Term Relationship - someone you are in a relationship with for 1 - 3 years Brief Relationship - someone you are in a relationship with for 1 - 11 months Relationship - someone you love, trust, respect, and officially claim as your partner 'Some' Relationship - you and someone you are dating want the full benefits of being partners in a genuine relationship such as kissing, hugging, dates, and sex, but NOT officially labeling it as a relationship; You both do NOT claim each other as a partner, instead you are each others Lover (aka Side-Piece, Shorty, Boo-Thing etc) since one of you may or may NOT already have a partner Dating - going out on dates with many potential partners until you are ready for a relationship with the one you match with the most Speed Dating - someone who have been dating for 'a minute' 'Seeing Someone' - mingling and flirting with someone you think is dateable Friends with benefits - someone who is your Friend, Close Friend, or Best Friend but conveniently and temporarily NOT your Friend while you 'hook up' with them then your Friend again the morning after Best Friend - someone you can depend on and who is your other half Close Friend - someone you can confide in Friend - someone you can ask for advice Acquaintances - someone you only greet and are on good terms with Anonymous - someone you are not too familiar with Strangers - someone you do not know at all Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
