possible but not really advisable, even if you were friends for a while beforehand. i don't look for the same 'qualities' in a friend as i would a partner because they're different types of relationships.

I can't remember who but I was watching a show recently and a celeb was talking about how they were happily married after one month of dating (they were friends for a long time too). Can't believe I forgot who it was now... you can do it but yeah time will tell if it works out or not.

A couple of years ago my mother marry a man she used to know as an teen and only could contact by letter since he was in jail. She end up divorcing him a year later and asked why they didn't any tell her it was bad idea when it was pretty obvious.
