It's a little slow at first since it's very episodic and focuses on character and world building over moving the plot forward quickly but it's still worth watching and once it kicks into high gear at the end of the first season it does not let up. Super entertaining especially if you're into the time period it's set in, limited technology, magical vibes, etc. It's hands down my favorite show of all time. It's not perfect (no show is) but it's probably as close as you can get to a perfect series from start to finish. I don't know what some people are talking about a movie for?
