Because I asked for Hot Chocolate and was served Milo ._. I was like "I didn't ask for chocolate milk" but they said it's hot chocolate

That I'm not too sure, usually when I order (here in SG) I'll just say Milo not hot chocolate

I don't know if the Milo in my country has the same ingredients as the rest of the world. 

but the Milo sold here has more malt than cacao 

which is why imo it's  more of a choco-flavored drink rather than a choco drink 

Here, if i want to order hot chocolate, I have to say "hot cocoa/hot choco"  

and then probably say "not milo or ovaltine" for emphasis.
