After Seoul & Hongkong, EXO will visit Taiwan on July, 11th for their EXO From EXO Planet #1 "The Lost Planet" Asia Tour.

Probably cuz of the tight schedule sm runs with their artists.  If this was someone like ukiss or teen top (just an example) they are much more flexible.  I'm sure SM has a blueprint schedule of what places to visit but they won't lock down the venue until they are absolutely sure.

how the heck is Luhan supposed to start filming for his movie if their schedule seems to be really jam packed? 

and they're going to film it in Shanghai too...does this mean he'll have to fly back and forth?

Because it's the local promotor/organizer in each country that is responsible each the local concert.

 

Unlike for example when SM artists do Japanese tours and it's typically the same company handling all 20 concerts in Japan.

But then, they will have Hongkong Concert on June, 1st & 2nd, then China Tour will start on June, 14th.

 

However, if his role is not that big, maybe he can adjust well between EXO schedules.
