RIP 1st Amendment:

First Amendment - Religion and Expression. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Still has nothing to do with "free speech" and the first amendment.

The first amendment has always been about what the government can and can't do with regards to the freedom of speech. It has never had anything to do with what private entities do with regards to it, which is why companies can fire employees who say things that can damage the company and so on. Twitter, being a private entity and not part of the government, has the right to say who can and can't use their service and what users can and can't say. It doesn't mean they're not being hypocritical, because they are, but it doesn't mean they've violated anyone's first amendment rights.

You are granted of freedom of speech in any area whether government or not. 1st Amendment mean you can speak against the government , nobody should hold you. This is even internationally recognized. :)

You're either being intentionally obtuse or have no clue what the first amendment means. Perhaps it's both.

It doesn't matter now, US has no free speech. Your precious universal value is lost. Every country has the right to censorship not directed by the West. :)
