My ultimate group is: SHINee They got me into Kpop back in 2016 when I saw them at Kcon, and I've been a fan ever since. When I first heard their name I thought they were a girl group because I knew so little about Kpop before going to Kcon. I knew who Minho was because I had watched To the Beautiful You, and he was my first bias in SHINee. After I got back from Kcon though, I found out more about Taemin and he became my ultimate bias. Although he isn't still my ultimate bias, all of the members of SHINee are like family to me. I love them so much! I feel like I've gotten to know them a lot since I became a fan, and they are like the brothers I never had. <3 I love their wonderful personalities, their iconic music, and they're all so incredibly talented! If I ever met them I would want to thank them for everything. For all the smiles and for just being them. They're an inspiration to me, not only because they're talented, but also because they're such great guys. My ultimate bias is: Hyungwon (Monsta X) Singer, dancer, DJ, choreographer... Not only is he crazy multi-talented, he's also such a kind, humble guy with the best smile ever! His vocals are so beautiful! They are such dorks.VIPers is a nice fandom too. My bias is Seungri, love his honey-like voice, his extra personality. They have amazing music, and even if you don't like some of their music, they have done so many genres that you are almost bound to find a song that matches your taste. The members are all incredibly talented, sweet and polite (and very physically attractive). And you can really see how much the members care for each other, they have such a strong bond between them, probably stemming from the decade they have spend together. And the most important reason why I love them: They make me smile. They make me smile, they make me laugh, and sometimes, they also make me cry, for a number of reasons. I'm not usually a person who is very in touch with my emotions, but SHINee can bring out those emotions in me, and that makes me very attracted to them. And my ultimate bias: Onew From the moment I heard his voice, I loved him. He always looks so sweet and soft, and his voice is so soothing and calming. They were so pretty and adorable and the song was so upbeat and different from the usual music I was hearing. Seungyeon of Kara is my UB idol. The minute I saw and heard her I was her fan. Plus they came out at the right time when I was ready to get more into kpop and have the experience of stanning from the beginning. It had a much more dark, melancholic sound to it. And IU being so kind to everyone, treating her fans like friends (even buying gifts for them) and actually interacting with fans on a frequent basis on her fancafe just made me love her. She also used to play her guitar and do acoustic covers of other K-pop songs like Gee, Lies, and Sorry Sorry back in the day and her acoustic covers was what also made me stan her. BoA: first learned about her through her song Every Heart on Inuyasha, thought she was Japanese at first and was surprised to find out she was actually Korean. She was the very first K-pop idol that I knew about and as a kid (and there was no one else that I felt could match up to her, which was why I wasn't interested in any other K-pop idols until 2009 when IU grabbed my attention), I was fascinated by her ability to dance well and sing well at the same time. She was also thrown into Japan at a very young age with no one else but her Japanese tutor and had to learn an entirely new language so that they could market her in Japan, and not only did she become fluent in Japanese, she became the very first k-pop idol to open the doors for future Korean artists to perform in Japan. GFriend: I love how hardworking they are to be able to consistently synchronize their choreography to perfection and I also love their music. Both are emotional people like I am, easily falling into deep thought on themselves and the world, sometimes good and sometimes bad. Namjoon is simply because he truly inspires me. He inspires me to take action and do what I want, to be passionate about what and who I love. He's also a great motivation for me to study, which is just a side note lol. Taeyeon is someone who I relate to on an emotional level even more so. nells 701 Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 loona's got 12 cute gals & they're entertaining as hell...they're the only group i follow in which i really do love (cringe lol) each member normally i scoff at otx mentality but i'm...overwhelmingly ot12 with them. definitely helps that i adore their discog and concepts! they've ( mostly ) released consistent bangers. my ult bias idol-wise tho is haechan of nct...he's funny n adorable + his reasons for becoming an idol are endearing... tbh i could type up essays but i won't as for other groups, the boyz + nct + dreamcatcher have sweet choreos, gr8 chemistry, & each member has something special about them. e.g. i love the way yoohyeon's eyes light up when she gets a chance to demonstrate her polyglot skills or the way q is always waving his hands around like an idiot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

UB: Taeyong; he can rap, dance, sing, write songs,choreograph, has great stage presence, he’s adorable, has a great personality, is a complex and interesting person to figure out, he has tons of passion for his work and the fact that he learnt all this form scratch and came to the company with no skills at all is very impressive to me.
