blondeyoona 292 Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 As I was watching tv this morning, I couldn't help but be annoyed by this girl's "uptalk" or "upspeak". Uptalking is when somebody talks, but it sounds like they're always asking a question or they always sound unsure... and I find it really annoying. Here's a perfect example: What are your pet peeves?
