Sunny and Yuri don't attend because SNSD for the moment doesn't work with 5 members so if they were attend it would be for solos, which they don't have. But then again 3/4 of fx with Krystal can still perform decently enough and groups have performed without members doing solo performances so I guess Krystal doesn't want to attend anymore and is probably done with fx. It's because, unlike lunber, she doesn't have solo songs (the ones she has are collabs) to perform. If you think she abandons f(x), why dont we all wait for the 1st of September?
