What do Idols use to make their hair so shiny?

Agree they have quite healthy looking hair..

Tell me after countless bleaching and colour change how is it that they still have hair?

As long as you take good care of it there's no problem. I dye it every 4 weeks and mine's just as shiny as K-idols, it still grows and it's healthy.

So they just take good care of it, and lots of people have naturally shiny hair.

Edit: okay I don't always dye it every 4 weeks, but when it's necessary I do.

I dye my hair too but the damage is unreal. It thinned my hair... its not shiny as it used to be which sucks

But I think its different for everyone..

I think it's a combination of a LOT of styling products and regular visits to the salon. These people get their hair professionally done/treated probably every other day of the week.

There are a few things you can do to help your hair stay healthy. Do a deep cleaning once a week to get rid of product build up; apply heat protective products before you blow dry / flatiron your hair, this will protect your hair from the stress of heat styling; then at the end you can apply a bit of oil to give a good shiny finish.
