Have you ever gone on a Tinder date?

yesterday, I had my 1st experience... and tbh it was messy af.. I had high expectations and hoping at least a kiss on the darkness of the cinema

the guy was so cute on the messages, he used to call me "prince" , "baby/bae", "pretty"..  I was introvertid and I said to him that i didn't have self-esteem, and in real life I may look different than the photos. but he always wanted to have a date

when I first see him offline, it seemed like we hadn't connection, I tried to flert with him, tried to say cute things and he was like "okay, fine" and in the cinema, I even tried to get closer with him hoping to put my head on his  shoulders but not successfull

now he doesn't answer me menssages!!! i'm going to uninstall Tinder!!! give up on romantic life 5cF9Biq.png

I'm sorry OP. That does sound like a bad date. I think the problem with meeting someone online is it can be really hard to judge how you'll connect in real life.  Maybe try again before you give it up, you never know the next date might be better.

Maybe next time you could FaceTime the person before you go on a date??

Oh no sorry i wasn't clear, i didn't mean dating him again, he sounds like a lost cause. I meant trying to meet someone else.

No and I don’t think I ever will. I know some who’ve met their serious bf/gf on it but many many more who’ve had the kind of experience you had... it’s just not my kind of thing. I prefer to end up alone eventually eaten by my many dachshund pups or whatever

Ouuu darling, that guy is a lost cause. Throw him off to the side and try again. I have gone on plenty of Tinder dates and some of them ended up being either a really good friend or a good network. I mean, I have had bad dates :( and those guys suck but you never know right

well. i like to verify the profiles and have matches.

but, no, i would never been or go to a tinder date

some people are nice, others are rare

the community of tinder is so interested and only looks at appearances

so far, that person that you say is no longer interested in you

i do not think it's worth it, and it is not necessary to uninstall the application, there are more people out there

just, you just have to look on the bright side, he paid the tickets and the food right?

Tinder is more for hookups then finding long term relationships i think. If you manage to find someone special..its rare. Online is more different than real life

I went on one tinder date... we dated for a month but i ended it because i had feelings for someone else
