During a surprise performance in Seattle Friday night, Macklemore dressed up in an outfit seen by some as a collection of offensive Jewish stereotypes.


At the opening of a new exhibit at Seattle’s EMP Museum called “Spectacle: The Music Video†on Friday, audience members were treated to a surprise performance by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who have outfits included in the exhibit.

Oh dear, why? Maybe he really didn't want to mock Jews, but that costume clearly resembles Jewish stereotypes; he could have done the concert without the beard, the nose or with another costume so that the resemblance wouldn't be that obvious.

Needless to say I don't care for his music, and this certainly doesn't exactly paint a bright picture of him.
