I'm pretty sure 5-6 mins is plenty of time for that. I can't do 45m either that's too much, but 10 minutes is also too little. But I usually take around 10 because I brush my teeth and cleanse my face in the shower too. If I am shaving my body, add another 5-10 minutes (but I don’t need to shave daily.) I don’t want to waste water so I try to be efficient. I also don’t want to have an enormous water bill lol. And I have better things to do than stand in a shower.
