Uh, you just tell them

 

it's bad to play with people's emotions and lead them on - whether be it a romantic relationship or a friendship

 

so just don't force yourself and spare them of their misery too and tell them then block them

Slowly disconnect from them. Reply to their texts later and later or just give short answers. Say you're too busy to hang out. They'll get the message.

10. Turn on read receipts. Open their texts. Don’t respond. Wait three hours. Then reply “Sorry, didn’t see this!â€

 

Avoid this one though rlytearpls.png I won't let you:

22. Contract a life-threatening disease. Tell them you don’t have time to date – your days are numbered.
