They had an interview in their waiting room during Music Bank

Momo sang some of her parts live and I was seriously shocked..

It wasn't even some technical part, it was a part that any average person could've sang
Seriously, she was just so bad.. I thought that some tone-deaf person was singing...
The melody itself was just weird... and her pronunciation is also...
I can understand that she was nervous but the melody was just so weird..
Seriously, I was really surprised at how bad it was...
A singer should at least get some basics of his/her title song down...
She should practice her singing as much as her dancing...

ㅇㅇ If vocalization is the most difficult thing for foreigners, shouldn't she improve on her pronunciation no? I watched some cuts of the video, and I think that some trainees on P48 were better than her

 

ㅇㅇ The funniest thing is that Park Jinyoung acted like he cares so much about skills during his audition program but actually, he makes his singers lipsynch and is so tolerant with their pronunciation...

 

ㅇㅇ I just don't think that she has a talent for singing.. It wasn't even a difficult part and when I hear her singing live, her voice is always wobbly so I think that she's just not suited for singing. Meanwhile, she doesn't have a voice for rapping either.. Her tone is overall high-pitched but she can't really sing low notes nor high notes

As a singer, if you always get bashed like this, it can become fatal;; it can also become a nuisance for the team. I get that it's not only Momo's fault, but they are the #1 group who's known for their lack of skills.

Both girls have contributed massively to twice

Twice wouldn't have a strong dancer otherwise

Momo just needs to get her pronunciation perfect and be made do slow raps or made sing only english lines

the tone they want her to achieve now is not as pleasant as her natural voice and it's a shame that they're forcing her voice into something that it isn't

if people remember LOA, they remember that Momo can slay her lines as well

Why are they acting like all idols must have great vocal skills? Clearly, Momo's not bad enough at singing to ruin TWICE's songs which is why all of them are big hits so what's the point in bashing her? She's pretty, charming and funny and great at dancing, she makes her fans happy and brings new ones to the fandom all the time like all idols are supposed to do. If you're looking for perfect vocals in all members of every group then Kpop's not for you. Momo is not even a vocalist in the group so wtf? I hate it when people bash TWICE for their singing skills and then mention members like Momo and Dahyun who are /not/ supposed to sing and rarely ever do in TWICE's songs but never say anything about Jihyo/Nayeon/Jungyeon. Like, stfu.

If we marked points based on singing and dancing skills combined even if we emphasized singing a little more Momo's dancing is strong enough to make her one of the most skilled members. She's not just good she's one of the best dancers if this gen....If she could sing in her range thered be little difference to most other subvocals anyway.
