Other than for being Japanese and a weak performer, I assume it has to do with her and Erii's lack of motivation in ep 4. She's not as popular or has the screen time as Erii, and barely making the mark might have angered fans of other Korean trainees. Maybe if she was #57, she wouldn't get as much hate as she did.
