21st's are always so overrated. In my opinion, 18th birthday should be celebrated more festively as where I am (Australia), that's the year in which you become legal and can engage in activities that were illegal before you became 18!

15yo - you get your first personal id, yu are considered semi-adult now, you are allowed to have sex

18yo - you enter adulthood, you get rights to drink, smoke, drive, watch porn and vote in elections
