The rest of the commentary makes it clear that it's being banned because it's too addictive and the kids won't stop singing it once it starts. I have seen a video of kids getting out of their seat in class, go to the front to do that viral dance iKON did at the end of a live stage of LS because one started singing it and they all followed through.
