Arina Tanemura & Nana Haruta, for sure.

 

I think Arina Tanemura is the better artist overall, but their character designs are very similar.

I only found out two months ago it had been a rumor. I think the fans made that up so people wouldn’t accuse him of plagiarism (lets be honest, his first drawings were heavily inspired by Eiichiro’s style) but he improved a lot so I don’t think it matters anymore...
