Holo 1,840
Everyone can outgrow anything if they associate it with childish things. So if someone feels as if they have grown as a person and their prrvious version of themself liked Kpop, it will be easier to leave it behind. Ronnie Mars 2,142
I believe there will be a time in the future when I don't find interest in Kpop anymore, either the music or the fandom culture.

sora ✾ 2,883
I'm reaching that point...Not kpop as a whole, but the fandom culture part of it. Kpop fans are too immature and thoughtless and cancel culture is disgusting. I don't want to be apart of it. I only care about my faves and listening to some groups casually. As for the music part of kpop, I've been listening to it for so long, it's basically a part of my everyday life and just another music genre I listen to. starsocks 7,986
It depends on the person, how into it you are and the age that you got into it. If you were immature in regards to K-Pop or associate liking it with a time in your life when you were immature, then yes, of course.
eternal glow 6,196
Of course it's possible. I'm not going to like kpop forever and I know it. I'll eventually get bored of the music and feel uncomfortable with the idea of fangirling over celebrities with 12 year old kids.

NessieW 481
It is likely when the only reason you got into Kpop was to listen to the voice of an artist whose current musical releases has gone beyond Kpop and is expected to continue in that trajectory as she outgrows this genre. cake mf 1,737
K-pop is in one’s spirit, therefore all paths lead back to the holy fandom. Amen.
DocumentaLy 6,033
Yes. The music is tailored for teens / young adults. After a while, some people just want more than pop fluff.
Mayumi 23
I got into KPOP when I was in middle achool and now I am almost 26. I am not sure if I will outgrown it. Maybe who knows. I outgrown the whole fan culture though.
