because most kpop fans would know they're not 100% barefaced. also it's easier to write than saying "kpop idols with foundation on" "idols with minimal makeup" "idols with almost no makeup"

it's just a term that is used like that in kpop and really common at that.

kpop is a very visual concept so i guess a lot of people care about that. not only the fans but the companies also like to mediaplay it.

kpop is also a lot about image. innocent and natural is the most desired so they resort to these kind if methods for their image while still looking pretty.

well i'm just saying that a lot of people care about it, since who were wondering who the hell would care about these kind of things? (you not obviously and i by the way don't either)

 

and i'm agreeing with you for the second part. i just like to add my two cents on the topic "natural beauty in kpop" in general. it wasn't really a reply but an extension.
