Continue to grow and thrive in Korea and work on maintaining their relationship with Chinese fans. If anything SM should invest into the Japanese market a bit as well. Old fans are going to be sad about the 'intruder', even if it's going to be appealing to new fans and helpful for the group formation. Ok, idk. I don't want to think about it.
