Nah I think it'll be fine. We're not far from the August showcase and we're bound to find out some new info in regards to potential new trainees/members and if Mako and Yuna will be in the group etc.

I wonder what JPN company JYPE will be teaming up with? 

Maybe Warner Music Japan since Twice is signed with them as well.

Or probably we'll get a trainee showcase/flasmob in Japan?

Since the target audience of this gg is the J-netz, the feedback of the K-netz might not be significantly important. The expectations from Kpop idols are different Jpop idols after all. JYPE's criteria for determining the line-up of JPNgg won't be same with their Korea targeted groups I guess...

I wonder if the previous Japan team has performed in trainee showcases. I know Sana did, after joining the line up of 6mix, but the rest?

I mean Boy Story perform at the showcases and they're a Chinese group. Also the Japan team with Mone, Momo, Mina etc. performed at the showcases in 2014 so we should expect the new Japan team to perform there as well.

I've seen people debate whether or not Yuna.A will debut in the Japanese girl group and I don't see why she wouldn't? She's half Japanese after all, so she has some Japanese ethnicity in her..

I feel like Mako will be saved for this team, but Ahn Yuna is likely being saved for the next Korean girl group since it looks like she grew up in Korea and she might not even be fluent in Japanese

Does anyone want to take over the OP? I'm rather busy and don't really check OneHallyu much, so by the time the show starts I probably will have forgotten I even made this thread   I think it's only fair to let someone else who'll keep this thread alive take over now before it becomes dead

Since the members are picked from auditions, does that mean Mako will even be included in the project? The show later this year is meant to go over the chosen girls audition processes over the course of this year, so I suppose she won't be involved since she's been training years prior. If that is the case, I feel like she might leave JYP soon because the other trainees are all 03 - 06 liners, so she's not likely going to be debuting with them by the time the next Kpop girl group come out
