How good or bad is the line distribution of your bias Kpop groups?

It has gotten better! Jin has been getting more lines lately. Although Jin has the least amount of lines in BTS' Korean songs, he's the member with the most lines in their Japanese songs/title tracks because his pronunciation is very good. So it balances out.

Jungkook has the most lines but it makes sense since he's the main vocalist and he's very stable while performing live.

It's fine. CG line distribution depends on the type of song. And since all of them are competent singers, it really isn't a matter of getting overshadowed.

PWM is rap-line led, and then there's New Days which is vocal line led.

Shin is one of Cross Gene's visuals for example, and gets the most singing parts (not counting rap) in Play With Me. Seyoung, Takuya and Yongseok got an equal amount of lines despite Takuya being another visual and SeSeok being main vocal line.

It could be so much better lmao

I thought they would figure out how to balance distribution seeing as how Crystal Snow was done so well, but I was left disappointed this album where he would begin the song and then disappear and appear for a few seconds again and that's it. I just want to hear my singer's voice, but lol I guess I'll stick to his intro.

I want to say Seungri and Jisoo get least line always but looking at their role and the song it might makes sense a bit. But, i should be grateful because they are many that get least line than both of them.

Depends on the producer. Some want to use the strong vocals of the group for most of the work and the trend setters for small but highlighted portions which also squashes the rappers. Where as other producers make a nearly identical distribution without taking adlibs into account

In SNSD it depends on the song but most of the time people say it's unfair because sub-vocalists tend to get very few lines.

Taeyeon and Tiffany (or Jessica) used to get the most lines, followed by Seohyun and more than not Sunny. Hyoyeon and Yoona were the ones with the least lines, which makes sense because they suck at singing.

In Red Velvet it's more fair, it is usually like Seulgi > Wendy >>> Joy >>>>> Irene >/ Yeri, which is accurate according to their vocal abilities (except for Seulgi>Wendy). Seulgi getting more lines is mainly because she sings more verses/small adlibs while Wendy tends to get the higher notes which are usually shorter. Joy is decent but not a great vocalist and Irene is, I would say, closer to Joy than to Yeri. Yeri needs to improve.

If you consider the whole album, NU'EST W has quite fair line distribution I think.

Depending on the songs, different members will have more or less lines.

But I think it's easier to manage because NU'EST W only has 4 members and they have Aron who can switch between singing & rapping too.

it's not the best, but it's improving as the artists improve their voice with time and experience

Jin is getting more lines for sure and while I feel like Tae didn't get some lines that could've suited in the latest album, he still got a decent amount

a lot better than some of their debut songs

also i'm not expecting the lines to be completely equal numbers like some other fans... idontthinksobetchplz.png
