Oresama Sensei is legit one of the best romantic comedies I've ever read. It's by the same author as Genkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun and the MC is just the best. It's the manga that's left the most impact on me while reading.

Saint Seiya so far. It has fast pace, likeable characters that are not stereotyped to death like in newer mangas, original plot and feel fresh overall even though it's an old manga from the 80s. I read the whole manga from start to finish in just two days.

Yup, I myself am surprised to see a fan of it as well. The historical backdrop, the characters, everything! The love between the two main characters is also complex and self-developing.

Yass so true! I love everything about it! I've always thought the way Sei fell for Okita was unique not typical. I wish they'd make an anime out of the manga. I have yet to read the rest after volume 16 or so because it's extremely hard to find translated copies ever since Shojo Beat was cancelled :(

Dorohedoro is the best manga I've ever read. Writing(characterization, plotting, worldbuilding and pacing) is phenomenal.

 

Guilty Shounen pleasure is Eyeshield 21. Reread it a lot. Favorite gag manga is Gintama, though it does lul in some parts(due to action, main storyline).

 

I don't have a favorite shoujo. W Juliet would be the most complete one. Funny and wonderfully romantic.

Early Skipbeat was also satisfying, but now its too immature and boring. Boys Over Flowers is wild, but problematic af.
