Interpark global ticket

I've just spent the last hour trying to figure out how to purchase tickets on the interpark global website.

 

Let me explain: I'm already registered and logged in,

                         I select the concert date and choose the seat 

                         I put my name and date of Birth on the information page (I am sure ALL the blank spaces have                                been filled)

                  

                         I try to procede BUT another window pops out saying "put you information"

 

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?? Or is the website error??

could be website error or you put in your name with non-english symbols, maybe the phone number is incorrect with a + or smth like that
