Poor Fu Jing has to deal with this asshole of a boss, but at least they only met him once. His collection of ex girlfriends all look like they go to the same plastic surgeon, so I guess it's been a while since he's seen what natural girls look like. During Idol Producer, when one of his trainees was accused of plagiarizing lyrics for one of his raps he basically commented "lol, the whole show is plagiarized". He's just plain disrespectful.
