it's true though... people really need to open their eyes - everything around you is business.

but anyway... I'm satisfied...

We should lose that mentality of "this is business" because this is people's lives and dreams that are being affected. If we cared a little bit more instead of being monsters of greed, I believe things would be better. Besides, keeping your employees content is important in a business.

Just because that's the way it is, doesn't mean we have to be okay with it.

and how would you suggest you do that.. Its human nature.. You simply can not keep everyone happy! its not possible.. It is true that it is wrong but in the end of the day it is what it is and who are we to have a say in anything..

I didn't expect this from him, he trained for 4 year and gets to debut even if he is still lacking... All im worried now is how Exo M will be without one member, i hope the sub unit still continue with just 5 which is kinda impossible....

I support Kris in this, SM is just all about $$$$$$$ I just hope he still gets in touch with the other members once he is out of the group and find happiness he is looking for ....... and continue loving his fans :chu: .

but really, this is saddening.

Yes but the business is still employing human beings, and those human beings deserve to be treated as such.

There are contracts for a reason.. If you do not like it then you shouldnt have signed it in the first place..  I invest so much money and time and effort into you and your brand and then once the going gets tough you quit?.. how is that fair?

Have you ever signed a contract? Do you have any idea how tricky it can really be? A company will word things in a way that seems quite appealing, yet have loopholes for not following through with what the employer thought they were signing up for.

I'm assuming you are say that your investment in the brand is from a company standpoint. I'd like to point out that there were negotiations rumored. And there will be negotiations throughout the suing process. No one has just up and left a company. Complaints were probably made, questions asked that never got answers.

If you're talking from a fan's standpoint, then get a grip.

lol are you serious right now? All companies have contracts.. and its basically signing yourself away to a company.. so looking it over wouldnt be an easy thing to do.. Parents and Lawyers must be consulted and seek approval before doing so.. and you said it yourself Rumored.

It is possible.

Sigh~ Whatever floats your boats.. I'm Done.. I said what I wanted to say.
