Its impressive and amusing (like any other talent like someone said before [sports, intelligence, singing...]). When I see someone draw period I tend to get distracted and just watch. Being good at art implies being close to your feelings which is something guys aren't particularly known for, but that girls love. If the guy has feelings, then they assume he'll be considerate of hers and that he'll be a good listener. They're completely wrong of course.
