What's the point in spending millions on promotion when EXO's fandom in Japan is huge? Let's not forget EXO was the first and only kpop group to ever hold a concert in Tokyo Dome before their Japanese debut. Which happened two years later. While they enjoyed the tours and all, they're not going to prioritize in boosting album sales.
