I prefer the previous one, coz it's more unique--like a theater. Now it looks like a common building.

I prefer new building, mostly because of location. It seemed to me the previous street they had building on was a bit crowded and buildings were so close, no space.

it looks like a big3 company now, the previous one were too small  i think when they put up the artists' banner on the building itself, we will get the ''JYP'' feel again

iirc JYPE bought the building before Twice's debut so I guess that's why that user said it's 2PM's money

Neither. It's JYPE's money. 2pm, Got7, Twice and other artists' events may have generated revenue, but this building is paid for from JYPE's share of the profits for the work they did (staffing, music production, design and collateral, artist management, security, event planning and management, financial planning, etc.)

The old building is iconic, though it seems a bit shabby  for a big3 company, it has such classic and approachable vibe, the artists are frequently spotted by fans roaming around and walking down the streets. I'll miss the old one
