tide 14,243 Posted June 8, 2018 Share Posted June 8, 2018 OP, since last year there have been an influx of channels that create youtube videos based off of nb/pann/akp/koreaboo articles. because the way they are titles and styled, they are framed as "news" and rack up lots of views. these videos typically have no association to the websites where they get their information and hardly ever credit besides "knetz/netizens said" -- some translation sites have wised up and but disclaimers on their website asking people not to make videos from their translations. point is, this isn't a new occurence, look up any article from koreaboo and you will find similar 5 videos on the same topic that use the same source info.
