Capcom Registers Devil May Cry 5 Domain - Possible E3 Leak

Capcom has registered a domain name for Devil May Cry 5,suggesting an E3 reveal could be on the way.

The news comes from a DMC Discord server (via ResetEra), which spotted the domain name registered by a third party company, GMO Internet Group. It suggests that an E3 reveal of the title could be imminent.

GMO has registered other domains on Capcom's behalf, including Monster Hunter: World, Resident Evil 7 and, more recently, updated the Resident Evil 2 domain name.

Speculation of a new DMC title began picking up steam earlier this year, with Devil May Cry and Dragon's Dogma director Hideaki Itsuno sharing that he was on the brink of revealing his new game. Fans have speculated that the unannounced title is a new addition to the Devil May Cry series, which has been fuelled by rumours and alleged leaks.

Capcom recently released remasters of the fist three games in the series in the Devil May Cry HD Collection for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, so the idea of an E3 announcement or a new DMC game isn't entirely out of left field.
