Rules in your Countries?

What would you feel after this? Do you insist on blaming the truck driver or on the motorcycle rider?



Apparently, a Motorcycle rider over take on the truck. Clearly, right side is the blind spot ones.

The truck was somewhat driving in a slow pace, but the Rider keeps on overtaking and falls,finally the truck crushed his helmet, but his head didn't popped. Some says he died from a fractured skull. 

Now this, In my country, if you are driving a Truck you'll be blamed because it's big. (Its pretty stupid that you'll be the one shouldering someones fault).

In short, the driver would be jailed. It also applies on Car, etc.  

Does your country implement this law or not?

In my country whoever breaks traffic laws is at fault
